Experience:
Develop and implement industrial lubricants sales strategies.
Achieve industrial sales volume, value, and margin targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Manage key industrial accounts including cement, power, textile, steel, Ceramic and manufacturing sectors.
Identify and develop new industrial customers, OEMs, and project business.
Lead pricing, tender participation, and contract negotiations.
Ensure receivables control, credit discipline, and overdue collection.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the industrial sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports for management review.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
