∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AAC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick, Steel, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware.
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor national/regional sales and also formulate counter plan for the field forces;
∎ Study the industry from micro as well as macro perspective and find out the new business opportunities.
∎ Enable day to day business activities as well as business development initiatives through coordination with cross functional business leaders;
