• Strong command of import–export, L/Cs, banking, shipping & trade compliance

• In-depth knowledge of Customs and Bond, Cash Incentive, VAT & GOB regulations

• Proven experience in customs audit handling and bonded compliance

• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to perform under pressure with high integrity, accountability & problem-solving ability

• Lead and control all commercial operations of the textile business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee import–export activities, including L/C management, banking transactions, shipping, and documentation.

• Ensure full compliance with Bond, Customs, EPZ, VAT, and Government of Bangladesh regulations.

• Coordinate with buyers, banks, shipping agents, customs authorities, and other external stakeholders.

• Manage bonded warehouse operations, utilization declarations, permissions, and customs audits.

• Supervise and develop the commercial team to meet operational timelines and performance targets.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Accounts & Finance, Cash Incentive, and Supply Chain Customs & Bond to ensure smooth order execution and shipment planning.

• Monitor commercial costs, budgets, and MIS reporting for management review.

• Ensure timely submission of export documents, bill negotiation, and realization of export proceeds.

• Maintain and renew all commercial licenses, approvals, and statutory documents.

• Report to top management and support strategic decision-making.
