Agni Systems PLC is a leading nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) and technology solutions company in Bangladesh, committed to delivering reliable connectivity and innovative digital services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced accounts & finance leader to join our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh financial regulations, tax laws, VAT, and statutory requirements.

• Should be capable of independently handling VAT and tax-related matters.

• Sound have sound knowledge of IAS and IFRS.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

• Support senior management with financial insights, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making.

• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and ERP/MIS/accounting systems.

• Liaise with regulators, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
