• Age At most 45 years

• Experience & Skills: Minimum 12 years of working experience in any financial institutions/ multinational company /FMCG/TELCO/NGO and at least 5 years as Head of Department/ Team Leader/ NSM/RM.

• Age Limit: Not over 45 years. The educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

Job Description:

• To lead the Marketing Personnel of Ordinary Life Insurance Division/Gono Grameen Bima Division (Micro Insurance)

• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth

• Conceiving and executing marketing strategies

• Promotion of services and products

• Collaboration across different marketing teams to achieve target

• Formulate communication strategies
