Responsibilities

• To lead the Business Development of Bancassurance Department of the Company

• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from new and existing clients

• Set and track sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts

• As per company policy.
