- Experience Level: কমপক্ষে ২+ বছরের production-level Laravel/PHP development experience (SaaS/multi-tenant projects preferred)।
- Location & Work Mode: Dhaka/Uttara-based preferred (অফিসে কাজ করতে হবে), অথবা hybrid/remote flexibility যদি allow করেন।
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, clean code writing, team collaboration, ability to handle multiple tasks & deadlines, good communication (English + Bangla)।
- Portfolio/Proof: GitHub / portfolio links, live SaaS project examples (যেমন: multi-tenant POS/eCommerce/ERP systems), previous work references যাচাই করা যাবে।
- Availability: Immediate / within ১ মাস join করতে পারবে।
- Other Bonus: Experience with POS/hardware integrations (barcode scanner, thermal printer, weighing scale), payment gateways, courier APIs (Steadfast/Patahoo), SMS marketing tools — অথবা similar domain knowledge।
আবশ্যিক শর্তসমূহ:
- SaaS প্রজেক্টে কাজের প্রমাণিত ও যাচাইযোগ্য অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- নির্ধারিত টেকনিক্যাল টেস্ট/পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে।
- নিয়োগের পর প্রথম ১ মাস প্রবেশন (Paid Probation) থাকবে।
এই শর্তসমূহ পূরণ না হলে দুঃখিত, আবেদন বিবেচনা করা সম্ভব হবে না। অন্যান্য প্রার্থীরা আবেদন থেকে বিরত থাকুন। আবেদনকারীদের অনুগ্রহ করে পদের প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ রইল।
পছন্দনীয় (Bonus) দক্ষতা:
- Real-time features: Laravel Echo + Reverb / Pusher (WebSockets for live sync/notifications)।
- GraphQL integration (Lighthouse package) for future mobile/third-party APIs।
- AI basics: OpenAI API integration for smart recommendations/fraud detection।
Responsibilities & Context:
আমরা Senior Level অভিজ্ঞ Laravel Developer নিয়োগ করছি Sherazi POS-এর major redevelopment-এর জন্য।
কর্মঘণ্টা: সকাল ১০টা – বিকাল ৬টা (সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন)।
প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Laravel Framework ব্যবহার করে SaaS-based ও custom projects ডেভেলপ, maintain ও enhance করা (যেমন: Sherazi POS-এর full redevelopment)।
RESTful API development, Authentication (Passport/Sanctum), advanced Database design (MySQL), NGINX configuration, project architecture।
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture design & optimization (e.g., tenancyforlaravel or custom isolation)।
Application security, performance tuning, scalability নিশ্চিত করা।
Bug fixing, code optimization, Git-based version control।
CyberPanel / VPS / Dedicated Server-এ Laravel projects deploy ও manage করা।
Full-stack capabilities: Laravel backend + modern frontend tools (Inertia.js / Livewire, Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui / Alpine.js)।
Performance optimization: Laravel Octane, Horizon, Redis।
Comprehensive testing: PHPUnit/Pest, Dusk/Browser tests, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)।
