Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research and define appropriate technologies for project goals
∎ Understand the business requirements and goals of the product and align them with the needs of
∎ the target market and customers
∎ Leads the software development life cycle (SDLC)
∎ Work on architecture design and provide technical documentation
∎ Assist in code reviews and technical project management
∎ Make project-related technical decisions, covering the complete development of small-scale
∎ projects
∎ Lead the development team and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
∎ Supervise the development of large-scale projects
∎ Design database (MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL or MySQL) and scale it efficiently
∎ Lead the development team to establish continuous integration and continuous deployment
∎ (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient application deployment and testing
∎ Design and developments applications/software solutions using appropriate tools/coding and
∎ techniques
∎ Ensure projects follow best practices and maintain updated tests
∎ Priorities a security-first approach in everything you do, ensuring our products are as safe as
∎ houses from potential threats
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 6 (Six) years of experience in a relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
∎ Extensive experience with full-stack development
∎ Strong experience with Microservice architecture and related technologies
∎ Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Laravel,
∎ Django, Express, and ReactJS
∎ Strong database design skills in SQL and NoSQL
∎ Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Digital Ocean
∎ Experience in developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
∎ Familiarity with web-oriented cross-platform mobile frameworks is a plus
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with colleagues and
∎ potential clients
∎ Familiarity with software delivery platforms, such as Atlassian's Jira, Microsoft's Team Foundation
∎ Server (TFS), and Apache's Subversion
∎ Familiarity with software version control systems such as Git and SVN
∎ Skills Required: Ability to maintain work in time pressure, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Fluency
∎ in English speaking and writing, Leadership and Good Communication skill
