Responsibilities & Context:
● Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed holiday package sales
● Design, plan and customize holiday packages based on customer requirements
● Provide accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements and travel guidelines
● Handle flight, hotel and transport booking, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellation
● Prepare competitive quotations ensuring best value for customers
● Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
● Resolve customer complaints and provide professional support
● Keep updated with airline policies, travel trends and promotional offers
● Assist in digital promotion activities including social media content and live sessions
● Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
● Maintain proper records of bookings, clients and transactions
