Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
∎ Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and concerns, offering tailored solutions to enhance their stay.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, managing special arrangements and personalized services with precision.
∎ Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, transportation arrangements, and other requests in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Handle guest feedback, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating to relevant departments as needed.
∎ Collaborate closely with other departments such as Transportation, Concierge, Sales, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
∎ Monitor guest satisfaction levels using feedback tools and proactively address areas for improvement.
∎ Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback in the hotel’s database for future reference.
∎ Ensure the lobby and reception areas are consistently well-maintained and presentable.
∎ Prepare reports on guest feedback, complaints, and special requests for management review.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing guest service standards and initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
∎ Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
