About the Role
SystemOne is seeking two experienced software developers to support the Bangladesh National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) as it expands and integrates the Aspect diagnostic connectivity platform into the national health information ecosystem.
Aspect connects diagnostic instruments in laboratories and clinics to national health systems—allowing Ministries of Health to monitor diagnostic performance, track disease detection, and accelerate treatment for patients.
Working closely with Bangladesh NTP and MIS teams, these developers will help maintain and extend one of the world’s leading diagnostic connectivity platforms, supporting integration between diagnostic networks, national reporting systems, and laboratory data infrastructure.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the elimination of tuberculosis while working with a global engineering team operating across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas and a long term career path with the MBDC’s MIS.
What You Will Work On
The selected developers will help maintain and extend the Aspect connectivity platform and its integration with Bangladesh’s national health systems.
Key work areas include:
Supporting integration between diagnostic instruments (GeneXpert, TruNAT) and national reporting systems
Developing and maintaining APIs and integration services
Building and maintaining web applications and data management interfaces
Supporting data pipelines and reporting systems
Participating in DevOps, CI/CD, and production monitoring
Collaborating with Bangladesh NTP and MIS technical teams
Helping ensure reliable nationwide operation of diagnostic connectivity systems
Developers will work closely with SystemOne’s international engineering team while also collaborating with local health system partners in Bangladesh.
