Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience with INGO in overseeing multi-sectors including Accounting, Procurement, Audit and Finance in similar positions.
∎ Experience in dealing with multi-stakeholder programs and strong stakeholder management in a multicultural setting
∎ Experience in successful implementation of a wide range of responsibilities in a prior financial services position in humanitarian context
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh financial and tax regulations
∎ Broad financial management skills to direct financial planning, accounting, internal control
∎ Proven integrity and good character especially in the stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Working knowledge of accounting and/or financial management software, and MS Office applications.
∎ Strong commitment to team management approach, including good managerial, leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and negotiating skills
∎ Proven capacity to interact and negotiate with international partners, government officials, and corporate partners.
∎ Have a very high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
