Responsibilities & Context:
- Analyze fashion and market trends to create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and customer presentations.
- Design denim trousers, jackets & shirts with a strong focus on fabrics, washes, finishes, and garment details.
- Prepare accurate sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and product specifications using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Manage prototypes, samples, and fittings to ensure high standards of fit, quality, and commercial appeal.
- Collaborate with merchandising, technical, wash development, production teams, fabric mills, and external manufacturers.
- Visit customers to understand their needs and develop products that meet their expectations.
- Travel internationally for customer meetings, sourcing, fabric mill visits, and trade fairs.
