Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of new designs from idea generation to final product.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
∎ Conceptualize, create, and help to execute season-wise collections/developments.
∎ Understand mood boards, color trends, material trends & different fabric qualities.
∎ Up to date with current fashion trends, market demands, and competitive analysis to create relevant and commercially viable designs.
∎ Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design boards to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional teams from Design, Technical Design, Raw Material R&D, Fabrics R&D, Fabrics Dyeing, and Sourcing to ensure on-time delivery per set calendar dates each season.
∎ Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
