Experience:-
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in training and development, learning & development, or talent development roles (experience in the healthcare sector will be preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage participants at all levels
Strong curriculum design and instructional design expertise
Proficiency in training needs analysis and evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, etc.)
Solid analytical skills and experience in training data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication (English & Bangla), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with LMS platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Summary:
Bangladesh Specialized Hospital (BSH) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Facilitator, Training & Development to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact non-clinical training programs. The role focuses on building both soft and technical skills across the organization, driving a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring all training initiatives are aligned with BSH’s strategic goals and values.
Job Description:
Lead in systematically identifying skill gaps across non-clinical staff through structured Training Needs Assessments and use these insights to design and implement annual training plans and schedules that respond to real organizational needs. The position is responsible for planning, designing, and developing comprehensive training modules and role-specific learning materials that are practical, engaging, and aligned with the hospital’s service standards.
Implement monitoring and evaluation approaches to track participant progress and program effectiveness, ensuring that every learning intervention contributes to measurable performance improvement. Feedback is regularly collected from participants and stakeholders, and this input is used to refine content, delivery methods, and tools so that training quality continually improves over time.
Involve managing all aspects of training documentation, including maintaining accurate records, analyzing training data, and preparing periodic reports to support decision-making and demonstrate impact. The Senior Facilitator works closely with different departments, trainers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics, ensuring that training activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Plan and review meetings, contributing professional input on strategy, priorities, and program design. All training activities are expected to reflect and reinforce the organization’s values, ethics, safety protocols, and safeguarding standards, helping to build a culture of professionalism and accountability.
Responsible for measuring learning outcomes and broader organizational impact using defined parameters, and for taking up any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor that support the overall mission of the BSH Training Institute and Bangladesh Specialized Hospital.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.
