∎ BSc in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fabric, trims & accessories inspection as per buyer requirements;
∎ Ensure fabric inspection process shade, shrinkage and skewness process, fabric weight check follow up, wash blanket follow up and highlighted to Superior if there is any discrepancy;
∎ Keeping all the evidence of washed blanket, fabric detects swatch, shade card, shrinkage panel for take up supplier;
∎ Analysis day to day cutting problems and highlighted to Superior for solving the Issue;
∎ Follow up Shade swatch card and shade band approval with wash team;
∎ Taking responsibility for maintain good housekeeping & maintain documentary related to Compliance & technical Audit;
∎ Follow-up cutting requirements of fabric on dally basis;
∎ Cross check all types of reports which is generated by fabric team;
∎ Data analysis, fabric mill scorecard and Pareto Quality analysis;
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge of Fabrics, Garment & wash;
∎ Good sense of communication;
∎ Fastness with accuracy;
∎ Positive team spirit;
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Good command on spoken and written English;
∎ Knowledge in CAD system (Lectra or others pattern making software);
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
