∎ Land information collection from various way.
∎ Land visit and picture collection.
∎ Market survey of prospective land.
∎ Google map collection.
∎ Meeting with landowners & identify landowners’ demand.
∎ Costing sheet ready as per FAR (Floor Area Ratio).
∎ Preparing proposal letter.
∎ Relationship buildup with landowners.
∎ Follow up the landowner’s time to time.
∎ Prepared Draft Copy of Deed of Agreement.
∎ Prepared Draft Copy of Power of Attorney.
∎ Land papers collection from landowners.
∎ Overall communication with landowners
∎ Land feasible note about prospect land.
∎ Land signing formalities.
∎ Meet target as assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
