Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK, European countries, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia and others as per client preference.
∎ Track and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to clients.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for different visa types, including student visas, medical visas, tourist visas, and Hajj or Umrah visas.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
∎ Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
∎ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
