∎ Previous experience in patient appointment maintenance and calling service centers in domestic and foreign hospitals/nursing homes.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English Speaking & Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
∎ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Previous experience in patient appointment maintenance and calling service centers in domestic and foreign hospitals/nursing homes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with foreign hospitals.
∎ Provide patients support with appointment bookings, accommodation booking on medical tourism options, including available treatments, international hospitals, and destinations in countries like India, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
∎ Must have experience with contacting international hospitals and patient referral system.
∎ Offer personalized support to patients throughout the medical tourism and referral process by Calling & WhatsApp.
∎ Maintain patients payment invoices & commission calculation for each month.
