• Sound knowledge about other organizations pricing & service policies.
• Experience of booking hotels & transfers in both Pilgrim Cities of Makkah & Madinah Develop Umrah & Tour Packages.
• Design and promote holiday packages for destinations including India, Nepal, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Indonesia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.
• Handle visa processing for countries such as Asia Countries, Schengen countries, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
• Manage ticket reservations, Air ticketing processes and Hotel Booking World wide.
• Assist clients with tourist visa applications, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all documentation.
• Work closely with travel agencies, airlines, and other service providers to deliver seamless travel solutions.

• Response to Costumers Call, SMS, Facebook message, WhatsApp and others Communication services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel packages, deals, and services.
• Public relation developments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Making Package Details with Itinerary Need to active online. Maintaining good communication and build a strong relation with partners.

• Develop and expand customer base for Hajj, Umrah & Islamic Tours.
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell Islamic Tour packages.
• Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted in a timely manner Develop new, exciting travel related services.
• Process all of the documents required for the Visa processing.
• Act as an intermediary between the various embassies and the agency.
• Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
• Sound knowledge on worldwide destinations, tours, flights as well as Umrah.
• Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators.
• Maximize revenue by developing and implementing a sale and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management Services Team.
• Answering enquires through Social Network, WhatsApp, emails and telephone. Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), E-mail, Internet browsing and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
