Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach corporate clients including SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, NGOs, and government offices for IT hardware solutions.
∎ Generate leads through corporate visits and networking.
∎ Understand client requirements and recommend customized IT hardware packages (e.g., Laptops, PCs, workstations, servers, UPS, accessories).
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive product demos and technical presentations.
∎ Suggest appropriate product bundles, upgrades, and maintenance services.
∎ Draft quotations, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and handle price negotiations based on client budgets and volume.
∎ Finalize deal terms in coordination with the accounts and legal teams.
∎ Manage post-sales client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
∎ Resolve any client complaints or delivery issues promptly in coordination with the service/delivery team.
∎ Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
∎ Coordinate with the technical support team for installations, warranties, or after-sales service.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
∎ Report weekly and monthly performance metrics, including sales funnel progress and revenue forecasts.
∎ Participate in periodic sales review meetings with management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
