∎ Skills Required: Tender bidding

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tender bidding, tender documentation, Tender Management, Tender Preparation, Tender Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing tender opportunities from different government organizations. Preparing bid/tender documentation.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
∎ Maintain accurate records& file (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of the rules of tendering.
∎ Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations as per tender requirements.
∎ Time management of the entire tender process.
∎ Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance.
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
∎ Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Marker Analysts.
∎ Ensures the completeness & accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts.
∎ Stays abreast and communicate any changes in contractual requirements.
∎ Communicate with govt officials/potential project authorities regarding upcoming projects.
∎ Implement and supervise ongoing projects/contracts.
∎ Good English communication skills both in spoken and written.
∎ Proficient in computer documentation & presentation.

∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
