∎ BSC Engineering /Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for import operations related task.
∎ Co-ordinate and effective communication with suppliers and key stakeholders.
∎ Review Proforma Invoice, Inco-term, HS Codes, Payment mode & others import related terms & condition for imported goods.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage TT/Letters of Credit (LCs) related work which include the opening of TT/LC's, shipment processing, organizing shipping documents and follow up custom clearance process.
∎ Responsible for maintaining detailed record of TT/LC's and shipping documentation.
∎ Keep track and close follow up of overall operations from purchase to delivery.
∎ Skilled in negotiation with suppliers for shortage and FOC items claim issue.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of MS office .
∎ Experienced in export & import operation.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary: Negotiable
