Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Air Ticketing, Tourist and Umrah Visa Processing (IATA, GDS expert)
∎ Excellent with MS Word, excel, Photoshop and Illustrator
∎ Good skills with air ticket booking, visa processing.
∎ Self-motivated, ability to prioritize, multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Knowledge about travel and tourism will be a plus point.
∎ Able to work under pressure, handle customer queries smartly.
∎ Call center, customer service, QC (Quality control) of customer service strong interpersonal skills.
