Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide security for all of the factories, conduct security trials, and monitoring;
∎ Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly;
∎ Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior;
∎ Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel;
∎ Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors;
∎ Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage;
∎ Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches;
∎ Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports;
∎ Adhering to company policies and legal regulations;
∎ Check gate pass and digital monitoring, seal the gate through the mom seal during the closure of the factory and Check seals while opening the gate;
∎ Submit the correct report to Reporting head after factory locking and opening
∎ Supervise and follow up visitor received, maintain waiting & reception room;
∎ Keep a record of factory goods and write down in specific notebook;
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses;
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures as per C-TPAT SCAN Audit Standards;
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards;
∎ Review reports on incidents, Investigate, and resolve issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Retired army Corporal/sergeant will get preference;
∎ At least 3 years job experience as security In-charge/officer in the garments sector;
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Ability to work for a long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis;
∎ Outstanding surveillance and observation skills;
∎ Excellent communication skills;
∎ Ability to exercise good judgment;
∎ Strong reporting skills;
∎ Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures;
∎ Knowledge of state laws and regulations;
∎ Trained in First Aid and self-defense.
