• Responsible for achieving individual and sales team monthly sales targets.

• Warmly greet customers at SWISH outlet and represent display product demonstrations to the client.

• Establish SWISH brand image on customer’s psychology by delivering product quality, design, and after-sell service. 

• Ensure premium hospitality and vibrant among the visitors and maintain luxurious service to customers. 

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a appropriate

• Prepare all documentation after conducting sales to customers.

• Planning and forecasting sales by product type on a monthly basis.

• Find the leads & opportunities to generate sales from the current and previous visitor data.

• Ensure Cross sell, Up sell and sell from slow moving product to ensure balance of stock clearance.

• Closely work with the business development team to follow up leads and collaborate to convert sales from potential leads.

• Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements, Products Delivery, and so on to ensure the minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
