Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project/site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert leads into confirmed sales and ensure deal closure
Provide accurate project details including pricing, features, and payment plans
Maintain and update client database and CRM system
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaign execution
