Responsibilities & Context:
Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging final videos
Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and background music
Ensure videos align with brand identity and marketing goals
Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
Maintain proper video formats, resolution, and quality standards
Collaborate with content creators and marketing team for storytelling
Manage and organize video files and project archives
Plan, create, and schedule content for all social media platforms
Manage daily posting and ensure consistent brand presence
Develop content strategies to increase engagement and followers
Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare reports
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
Run and manage paid social media campaigns when needed
Research trends, competitors, and viral content ideas
