• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Age At least 30 years

• Strong communication and presentation skill with clear, Concise, and Persuasive style.

• Good sense of Market Analysis, New Fashion Trends, Trend Research, Design Development, Product Development & Quality.

• Analytical ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans.

• Knowledge of textile and material construction and properties & Fabrics, yarn and trims knowledge

• Experience with knit garment construction & Knowledge of Grading

• Adobe Illustrator, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

• Experience using 3D apparel design software

• Manage design process from conception through to final styling

• Responsible for development of design collection, Creative Innovation, Analysis & Prediction of trends in Fabrics, colors & Shape of new product design, Sample designs for Knits garments as per market of UK, EUROPE, USA, Other Countries

• Fashion forecasting & analysis of the market and monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitor activities.

• Ensure desirable level of design approval ratio and give regular feedback in order to make clear decisions on the design range.

• Make selections of fabrics and trims. Keep an eye on estimating and managing cost.

• Lead product development of new category & new opportunities for growing business with existing & new customers.

• Develop products according to the requirement and provide presentation in front of customer

• Interact with R&D team to develop fabric and trim

• Build strong and synergistic relationships with cross functional partners; Merchandising, Marketing, SCM, Technical and Production.

• Sustain partnerships with Merchandising and R&D to ensure products are engineered to profit and quality/aesthetic goals

• Follow Up prototype sampling information, including fabrication, trim, color, graphic applications, style, detail, fit requirements and construction detail.

• Oversee color development of solid fabrics and comment on lab dips for color approval and direction into bulk.

• Oversee fabric /textile development of yarn dyed fabrics from development through to production.
