Experience:
Must Have
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in social media management
• Working knowledge of Facebook Page management and Ads Manager / Boost
• Ability to write engaging Bangla and/or English captions
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content best practices
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for productivity
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of camera operation or mobile videography
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later)
• Knowledge of basic graphic design concepts (able to brief designers properly)

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and monitor client social media accounts independently
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Paid Boosting & Ads
• Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Boost & Ads
Manager)
• Set up target audiences, budgets, and campaign objectives
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for better results
Content Strategy and Creative Direction
• Generate fresh content ideas aligned with each client's brand and goals
• Brief the graphics designer with clear visual concepts and references
• Write engaging captions with proper hashtags, CTAs, and tone of voice
• Use AI tools effectively to speed up content ideation, caption writing, and research
Client Handling
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client needs, communicate clearly, and deliver on time
• Maintain a professional relationship and manage expectations effectively
