Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd, a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a skilled and creative professional for the position of Officer – Design. The Officer – Design will be responsible for developing detailed 3D mold designs for handbags and supporting product development activities through innovative and production-friendly design solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in design software, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D mold designs for handbags using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.

• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure the feasibility, accuracy, and functionality of designs.

• Modify, refine, and improve mold designs to enhance product quality, functionality, and production efficiency.

• Conduct quality checks and design validations to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

• Prepare and maintain accurate design files, drawings, and technical documentation for production use.

• Support prototype development and provide technical assistance during mold manufacturing and product development processes.

• Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and advancements in mold and handbag design.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned design projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
