Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in apparel design and development activities as per buyer requirements and market trends.
Support in preparing mood boards, color combinations, and design concepts.
Assist in sample development and follow-up with sample room and merchandising team.
Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, trims, prints, and washes.
Prepare and organize design files, tech packs, and development documents.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams for development activities.
Support in artwork modification and presentation preparation.
Maintain proper records of samples, approvals, and development status.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and development schedules.
Follow company compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.
