Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop attractive and professional button catalogs, presentation materials, and mood boards for international buyers and brands.

• Research global fashion trends, trims, colors, materials, and seasonal inspirations.

• Understand buyer aesthetics, market trends, and brand identities to create commercially appealing concepts.

• Generate innovative and out-of-the-box design ideas for buttons and fashion accessories.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, development, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare creative visual presentations for customer meetings and product development.

• Maintain updated knowledge of fashion, luxury, premium, and sustainable design trends.

• Support product development with creative input regarding finishes, textures, colors, engravings, logos, and packaging concepts.

• Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and market positioning.
