Responsibilities & Context:
Develop attractive and professional button catalogs, presentation materials, and mood boards for international buyers and brands.
Research global fashion trends, trims, colors, materials, and seasonal inspirations.
Understand buyer aesthetics, market trends, and brand identities to create commercially appealing concepts.
Generate innovative and out-of-the-box design ideas for buttons and fashion accessories.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, development, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Prepare creative visual presentations for customer meetings and product development.
Maintain updated knowledge of fashion, luxury, premium, and sustainable design trends.
Support product development with creative input regarding finishes, textures, colors, engravings, logos, and packaging concepts.
Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and market positioning.
