We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as Senior Executive Sales. This role will focus on converting qualified leads into confirmed projects, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads.
- Convert leads into successful projects.
- Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Achieve individual annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrals to ensure long-term business.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM).
- Monitor project completion, ensure client satisfaction, after sales service, secure bill receiving and finalization.
- Identify new business opportunities and refer potential leads to the SME for data collection.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering department for effective project management.
