Core Responsibilities:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by actively managing and converting inbound client inquiries through professional communication and follow-up.
  • Respond to all client queries over phone, WhatsApp, and email with clarity, empathy, and persuasion to ensure a seamless customer experience and high conversion rate
  • Attend and manage in-office consultations with walk-in or scheduled clients, ensuring a professional, consultative approach that builds trust and drives enrollment.
  • Conduct external client meetings for institutional or high-value partnerships, such as with corporate bodies, clubs, or alumni associations, to generate bulk or referral sales.
  • Design and execute sales strategies in collaboration with management to improve conversion funnel efficiency and expand market reach.
  • Lead by example in sales performance, becoming a role model for junior sales executives through consistent delivery and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
