Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend suitable matches for each client by thoroughly analyzing their preferences, family background, and compatibility factors using Saiyonee’s internal database and matchmaking tools.
• Communicate persuasively with clients and their families to explain potential match benefits, answer concerns, and build trust throughout the matchmaking journey.
• Initiate and coordinate biodata exchanges between families with proper documentation and follow-up to ensure transparency and momentum in the process.
• Organize and facilitate family meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring smooth coordination, mutual respect, and a positive matchmaking environment.
• Maintain accurate records and relationship history for every client, tracking progress and updating the matchmaking software to ensure efficient case management.
• Support clients until the final outcome — whether that’s arranging a Nikah or closing the case — by being emotionally intelligent, tactful, and professional in all interactions.
