Core Responsibilities:

  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets by converting inbound inquiries with timely, professional follow-ups.

  • Answer all queries (Facebook, WhatsApp, phone) clearly and empathetically to drive conversions.

  • Lead in-office consultations (walk-ins & bookings) with a consultative, trust-building approach to close enrollments.

  • Source partnership opportunities in relevant online groups.

  • Prospect and nurture leads on LinkedIn and Facebook.

  • Meet corporates, clubs, and alumni groups to secure bulk/referral partnerships.

  • Co-design and execute sales strategies with management to optimize the funnel and expand reach.
