Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for selling all Residential & Commercial space of Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd.
Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
Lead every customer efficiently & effectively as a consultant and achieve sales target.
Generating leads through contacting potential & existing customers on the phone calls, referrals, field visit and events.
Find prospective client by door to door field visit and generating leads.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
Conduct client meetings, property/project visit, and follow ups to close deals.
Address customer inquiries, concern and objections with professionalism and confidence.
Provide accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities and payment options.
Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.
Maintain update records in CRM systems, follow-ups and communication history.
Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Team Leader & Cluster Head on regular basis.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
