Responsibilities & Context:
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for selling all Residential & Commercial space of Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd.

  • Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.

  • Lead every customer efficiently & effectively as a consultant and achieve sales target.

  • Generating leads through contacting potential & existing customers on the phone calls, referrals, field visit and events.

  • Find prospective client by door to door field visit and generating leads.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.

  • Conduct client meetings, property/project visit, and follow ups to close deals.

  • Address customer inquiries, concern and objections with professionalism and confidence.

  • Provide accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities and payment options.

  • Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.

  • Maintain update records in CRM systems, follow-ups and communication history.

  • Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Team Leader & Cluster Head on regular basis.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
