Requirements:

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of marketing and sales activities

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Willingness to travel frequently

Basic skills in video making and social media handling will be an advantage

• Maintain a balance between office-based and fieldwork responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote company products/services

• Visit branches regularly for marketing purposes, performance analysis, and coordination

• Monitor sales performance using data and metrics, and prepare reports

• Handle print media activities and coordinate with vendors

• Assist and coordinate with departmental line managers as assigned by management

• Be flexible to take on additional tasks assigned by management

• Travel frequently outside Dhaka when required

• Work with influencers for promotional campaigns

• Create and manage video content (basic mobile videography/editing skills required)

• Support sourcing and development of marketing collaterals

• Monitor app and website performance and provide insights
