Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate sales leads.
∎ Convert leads into successful projects.
∎ Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
∎ Achieve individual annual sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrals to ensure long-term business.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM).
∎ Monitor project completion, ensure client satisfaction, after sales service, secure bill receiving and finalization.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and refer potential leads to the SME for data collection.
∎ Collaborate with the design and engineering department for effective project management.
