• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate.

• Proven track record in Apartment & Commercial Space Sales.

• Excellent salesmanship and customer relationship management.

Collect booking money and down payment from the new client & Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.

Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan. Find Prospective Clients by door to door field visit.

Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement. Collect the required documents from the customer.

Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.

Visit prospective customers and explain project features.

Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other employees.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.

Right and positive attitude for promoting companies product and brand image.
Report on sales activities to senior management.

Any other task assigned by management.
