Oversee existing land projects, construction work, plot development work, and corporate lands of the company and meet the target
Gather relevant information regarding land in all prime locations in Dhaka and its adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh
Deal with various landowners, and collect related papers from landowners/media for vetting
Finalize Deed of Agreement, Purchase Deed based on project feasibility
