Bakery Sales and Marketing, Chips Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Ensure sales growth and continuously explore untapped market.
∎ Lead sales team (SR / Sales officer) and assess the sales performance according to KPI.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to the territories.
∎ Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.
∎ Plan and execute sales activity to ensure territory growth by value and volume.
∎ Development new customer in retail and maintain good relationship with existing key customers.
∎ Train and guide salesforce to ensure targeted performance.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ TA/DA will be provided during market visit
