Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering/ Business from a reputable university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Review Tendering sites and propose tender bidding recommendation to the AGM and execute the process accordingly.
∎ Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Maintaining liaisons with different Government and Non-Government clients
∎ Preparing and conducting presentations to clients.
∎ Will be key contact person of different projects.
∎ Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis.
∎ Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
∎ Maintain liaisons with internal development teams to coordinate deliverables as per requirement of the clients.
∎ Write proposals, brochures and various other business informational letters.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Conduct client satisfaction feedback survey and report regularly to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in e-GP preferably qualification criterion.
∎ Familiarity with IT concepts, infrastructure, architecture, software development tools etc.
∎ Excellent marketing and negotiating skills
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Expertise with Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 3D animation and Visio.
∎ Strong problem solving skill
