Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain and update all relevant business data at CRM.
- Ensure all sales activities—including lead entry, follow-ups, closures, and customer communication—are accurately logged.
- Prepare regular and customized reports and performance summaries using CRM software and Excel.
- Follow up with the Field Force daily through proper tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance in data management practices.
- Handle day-to-day sales support functions and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, HRBP and other relevant departments.
- Identify and report bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales operations and suggest process improvements to the line manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by line management.
