Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To arrange Personnel for Production & Packaging activities following weekly work schedule as market requirement.
∎ To supervise cleanliness of Production areas, Equipment’s, proper dressing of immediate subordinates/ workers for their respective job.
∎ To monitor the receiving of Starting Materials delivered from Raw Material Store in advanced.
∎ To Prepare Packing Order and to monitor the receiving of Starting Materials delivered from Packaging Material Store in advanced.
∎ To ensure timely start of daily activities and completion of manufacturing schedule in standard fixed time.
∎ To supervise all activities of various stages of Production & Packaging e.g. Liquid Preparation, Filling, Labeling, Cartooning etc. according to SOP’s/Work Instructions
∎ To ensure Implementation of cGMP.
∎ To supervise the availability of all cleaning agents, utensils, forms, gloves, masks, ear covering cap and required hand foots
∎ To raise maintenance memo to maintenance department, if machinery breakdown or any types of Engineering works.
∎ To assist QA Personnel for Inspections and continuous improvement of Product Quality.
∎ To ensure reconciliation of any batch & handover to IPQC for batch release after packaging.
∎ Perform any assigned job in manufacturing area in absence of manufacturing staff.
∎ Ensure People Training as per activity.
∎ Ensure HSE of employee working in the Department.
