Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing daily calibration and verification of pH meter and conductivity meter, weekly calibration of DO meter, and giving entries in the respective logbook.
∎ Performing the collection of water samples (bulk purified water, bulk water for injection, RO water, softener water, EDI water, ETP water, borewell water, raw water, potable water, and pure steam) and giving entries in the logbook.
∎ Performing the pH test (bulk purified water, bulk water for injection, RO water, softener water, EDI water, ETP water, borewell water, raw water, potable water, and pure steam). Giving entries in the logbook and doing documentation.
∎ Performing the conductivity test (bulk purified water, bulk water for injection, and pure seam). Giving entries in the logbook and doing documentation.
∎ Performing the TOC test (bulk purified water, bulk water for injection, and pure steam). Giving entries in the logbook and doing documentation.
∎ Performing the nitrate test and heavy metal test (bulk purified water, bulk water for injection). Giving entries in the logbook and doing documentation. Preparing the STP, SOP and report sheet.
∎ Performing the TDS, Hardness, Chloride, DO, COD & BOD Test (RO Water, Softener Water, EDI Water, ETP Water, Borewell Water, Raw Water, Potable Water). Giving entries in the logbook and doing documentation.
∎ Ensuring the cleanliness of the working area to maintain a safe and suitable working environment.
