  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing or Business)

  • Excellent knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

  • Strong commitment to work is a must



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) through effective planning and execution

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong client base (corporate & individual)

  • Conduct regular market visits and client hunting to generate new leads and expand business

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility

  • Promote air ticketing services through online and offline channels to drive sales growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and airline partners

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction to enhance retention and generate repeat business

  • Follow up with existing and potential clients to convert inquiries into sales

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to improve sales strategies

  • Participate in fairs, seminars, and promotional events to boost networking and business exposure

  • Coordinate with airline offices and ticketing agents to offer competitive pricing and services

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain service quality and brand reputation

  • Prepare sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management

  • Support ticketing operations (reservation, issuance, reissue, cancellation) as part of service delivery

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and marketing
