Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuous communication with the clients and give the product information.
∎ Visit & search different corporate organization's & Clients for creating new customers to achieve individual monthly / quarterly / yearly sales target.
∎ Market Mapping and create client database.
∎ Create reference customer through current customer and clients.
∎ Must have experience in DIRECT SALES OPERATIONS in land project
∎ Must have experience creating offer letter.
∎ Executing sales through appropriate process.
∎ Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have experience in Real Estate Sales Sector specially land.
∎ Must be proactive and eager to do career development
∎ Must have leader ship skill for taking up any challenge
∎ Should be dynamic and needs to have a quick decision-making process skill.
∎ Must have experience of business communication - e-mail communication.
