Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Admin. Other degrees will be considered for candidates with industry specific marketing experience (health products).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have proven knowledge in social media marketing to sell products to both individual and corporate clients.
∎ Make sales plan and achieve sales target to gain expected revenue and profit.
∎ Visit customers, individual and corporate, build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace.
∎ Building, establishing, & maintaining good relationship with clients, maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes.
∎ Should have specific industry knowledge such as consumer behavior, sales, market research, and competitor analysis on consumer health products.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external (partners/vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least Two (02) years proven experience of marketing and selling, preferably health products.
∎ Revenue driven Candidates with large profiles of existing/previous customers will have added advantage.
∎ Must have strong internal and interpersonal communication skills, a good listener with problem solving and positive attitude to approach new customers.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ A good basic salary with attractive sales incentives will be offered to the right candidate.
